Drama teorisyenleri ise, do\u011fa\u00e7lamay\u0131 belli bir haz\u0131rl\u0131k \u00fczerine kurulan, b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde grup dinami\u011finden yararlan\u0131larak olu\u015fturulan rol oynamalar, oyunlar ve benzeri s\u00fcre\u00e7ler olarak de\u011ferlendirmektedir.<\/p>\n

Do\u011fa\u00e7lama, \u00f6\u011frenciye sosyal olaylardaki ger\u00e7e\u011fe uygun davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131 canland\u0131rmas\u0131 i\u00e7in f\u0131rsat verdi\u011fi gibi, ger\u00e7ek ya\u015famda kar\u015f\u0131la\u015faca\u011f\u0131 durumlara da haz\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olmas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan geni\u015f olanaklar sunar. Do\u011fa\u00e7lama insan\u0131n davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131nda \u00f6nemli bir y\u00f6nlendirici \u00f6\u011fedir. Gaziantep B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi \u015eehir Tiyatrosu\u2019nda e\u011fitim ald\u0131ktan sonra, 2011 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar burada oyuncu ve y\u00f6netmen olarak g\u00f6rev ald\u0131. 2011 y\u0131l\u0131nda kurulan Bir Ba\u015fka Tiyatro\u2019nun kurulu\u015fundan bu yana \u2018genel sanat y\u00f6netmeni\u2019 olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmektedir. Yine ayn\u0131 tiyatroda oyuncu ve y\u00f6netmen pozisyonlar\u0131nda, 21 oyunda g\u00f6rev ald\u0131. 2012\u2019den beri, bir\u00e7ok okulda drama \u00f6\u011fretmenli\u011fi ve yeti\u015fkinlere y\u00f6nelik \u2018e\u011fitmen e\u011fitmenli\u011fi\u2019 at\u00f6lyeleri ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi. SGDD, IBC gibi sivil toplum kurumlar\u0131nda oyunlar sahneye koydu. Bunlar\u0131n yans\u0131ra Gaziantep Eczac\u0131lar Odas\u0131 ve Gaziantep Barosu\u2019na ait tiyatro topluluklar\u0131n\u0131n kurulu\u015funda yer ald\u0131 ve bu topluluklarda oyunlar sahneye koydu. Oyuncu ve y\u00f6netmen olarak ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6d\u00fcller bulunmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n
